I understand that Fuzz & Friends takes reasonable precautions and prioritizes the safety and well-being of every dog in our care. However, I acknowledge that dogs are animals and that normal activities such as walking, hiking, playing, yard time, park visits, and interacting with other dogs carry inherent risks. Even with appropriate supervision and safety precautions, a dog may accidentally slip, fall, step on or encounter an object, run into something, or sustain an unexpected injury.
I understand and accept these inherent risks and agree that Fuzz & Friends, its owners, employees, and staff will not be held responsible for injuries or expenses resulting from the normal and inherent risks of these activities, provided reasonable care has been taken. I agree to be responsible for veterinary or other costs associated with an accidental injury or incident involving my dog, except where such costs result from negligence or intentional misconduct by Fuzz & Friends or its staff.
